We will draw upon the story of the poet-saint Lalleshwari’s awakening, if you’ve never heard of her, or read any of her poems don’t be too concerned. We will read her poems and talk about the themes of identity, faith, discipleship, sadhana and of course awakening especially from the perspective of women in yoga.

The 2-hour workshop will include an opening ritual & meditation, readings of Lalleshwari’s beautifully crafted poems, guided journalling, lots of discussions, and a closing ritual.
