What is Introjection

Introjection is the act of placing new thoughts into the mind, based on our commitment to uplift the mind.

1. MANTRA

A mantra is a word or phrase you repeat to yourself to prepare the mind for meditation

2. MAHAVAKYA

A mahavakya is a great statement that directs us not to our body or mind but to our real identity with the Inner Self.

Contemplate:

AHAM BRAHMASMI -

I am the Absolute

3. AFFIRMATION

A popular form of introjection.

Affirming a good quality

5. PRAYER

When you've exhausted all of the usual means to work with a difficult situation and you still feel worried, anxious or afraid prayer can be powerful You can also read about the saints and gain some inspiration from them.

6. SUBSTITUTION

When the mind is disturbed by (negative) thoughts

repel them by contemplating the opposite

7. INVOCATION

The mind takes the form of whatever it thinks

Contemplate someone you love vividly

Then let the image of the person go and float in the love
